1. Agreement to these terms

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, materials, dimensions, color, and construction accurately. Natural stones, wood, metal finishes, handcrafted details, and other materials can vary in color, pattern, texture, shape, and size. Screen settings and photography can also affect appearance.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including stock errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or description errors, legal restrictions, or an unavailable delivery service.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method. Please review the cart, address, and contact details before paying; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices, currencies, promotions, availability, taxes, and shipping charges may change before an order is placed. The final amount shown at checkout and confirmed with the order applies to that purchase.

Payments are processed by the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize the applicable charges. We do not store your PayPal password or full payment credentials.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery methods, costs, estimates, customs information, and procedures for delayed or damaged parcels are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Return eligibility and refund procedures are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential information, malicious code, unlawful material, or misleading claims.

You grant ElementsZen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display, and use submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the store. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms, but are not required to publish every submission.

9. Acceptable use

The ElementsZen name, branding, website design, text, photographs, graphics, video, and other original store content are owned by ElementsZen or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping and reference. No other right or license is granted without prior written permission.
